We don’t strictly define what counts as “last-minute,” ideally a few hours’ notice allows us to offer the slot to someone else. If your appointment is early in the morning, please message via text, email, or Instagram the evening before. We’ll always aim to take a flexible and compassionate approach wherever possible.
